• Eligibility - Participation in Fadhili Foundation's programs is subject to eligibility criteria as defined by the foundation. Applicants for scholarships, mentorships, and other programs must meet the specific requirements outlined for each program.

• Application and Selection - All applications must be submitted through the official channels specified by Fadhili Foundation. Selection of beneficiaries is conducted based on merit, need, or other criteria as determined by the foundation. The foundation reserves the right to modify selection criteria at any time.

• Use of Funds - Funds provided through scholarships or grants must be used strictly for educational purposes, including tuition, books, uniforms, and other related expenses. Misuse of funds will result in immediate termination of support and may require repayment of disbursed funds.

• Technology Access Program - Devices provided through the Technology Access Program remain the property of Fadhili Foundation unless otherwise specified. Beneficiaries are responsible for the proper care and use of these devices. Loss or damage due to negligence may result in penalties or the requirement to replace the device.

• Code of Conduct - All participants in Fadhili Foundation’s programs are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that includes respect for others, academic integrity, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any form of misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including the termination of benefits.

• Data Protection - Fadhili Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information. Any personal data collected during the application and participation process will be used solely for the purpose of administering our programs and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Intellectual Property - All content and materials provided by Fadhili Foundation, including educational resources, remain the intellectual property of the foundation. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

• Changes to Programs and Terms - Fadhili Foundation reserves the right to modify or terminate any of its programs or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

• Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
