Our Story
The Fadhili Foundation was born from a profound commitment to education and equality, founded in 2021 by Mrs. Stella King'ori in Kenya. Witnessing firsthand the obstacles faced by underprivileged children in accessing quality education, Mrs. King'ori was driven to create a platform that could bridge this gap.
The foundation started with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide comprehensive educational support to children who lack the means but not the desire to learn.
Through scholarships, mentorship, community engagement, and direct access to technology, Fadhili Foundation has been dedicated to empowering the next generation of learners, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed and transform their future.

Meet The Team
The Fadhili Foundation is guided by a team of dedicated professionals, each bringing a wealth of expertise and a shared passion for education and social equity. At the helm is Mrs. Stella King'ori, the founder, whose visionary leadership and deep commitment to community service have been instrumental in shaping the foundation's direction and impact.

Mrs. Stella King'ori's leadership is vital not only in steering the foundation's vision but also in motivating her team and cultivating a culture of dedication. Her role is instrumental in both the strategic planning and daily management of Fadhili Foundation. She oversees the development and execution of all programs, ensuring they serve the mission of empowering educationally underserved children. Stella is at the forefront of fundraising efforts, establishes partnerships with aligned organizations, and actively engages with stakeholders to enhance support for the foundation's initiatives.

Tony King'ori
As a supportive partner, and one of our educational sponsors, Mr. Kingori plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and sustainability of the organization. His responsibilities include formulating policies, overseeing long-term planning, and ensuring that the foundation's goals align with its mission of empowering education for less privileged children.
Program Manager
Agnes Maina
Mrs. Maina is responsible for the operational success of the foundation’s various initiatives. She coordinates and manages the day-to-day implementation of programs, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and achieve the intended outcomes. Her responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments within communities to pinpoint children who are disadvantaged and would benefit significantly from the foundation's programs.
Finance Manager
Florence Rukwaro
Mrs. Rukwaro oversees all financial operations to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and sustainability. Her responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Florence plays a key role in financial planning, resource allocation, and monitoring expenditures to maximize the impact of the foundation’s funds. She works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the foundation’s mission, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial activities.
